One day Keith noticed the school needed a new flag, because it was a small flag to recite the Pledge of Allegiance to each morning.
Keith thought he should help the kids at the school get a bigger flag. Keith talked to his parents about his idea, and they decided to help the kids out. The kids were so excited to recive a bigger flag they stood straight up proud and recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Â That is how one day a school got a new flag. |

The 61st C.A.R Washington State Conference taught me how members pick state officers. All members attending the conference votes for each office. There were only 8 members at the conference, so choices were limited. Since we are a new society, people were really interested to find out what we do. At our meeting Senior President Connie Anderson put a display board to show all the activies we have done, so far this 2007-2008 year. The C.A.R. is very interesting, I would encourage you to come to the Washington State Conference and to get more involved, meet other members, make new friends all while having fun! Thank you, President Rachel Anderson. |
